Returns & Exchanges

We follow a No Cancellation / No Return policy.

However, we do consider exchanges in the following cases:

• In the event of a genuine manufacturing defect.
• If the product sustains damage during transit.

Process:

• Kindly inspect your package at the time of delivery. Should any damage be observed, please note it on the Goods Receipt/Challan and contact our Customer Care within 24 hours.
• Provide your Order Number, Delivery Address, Reason for Exchange, along with clear images or videos highlighting the defect or damage.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours to assist you further.
