Before Placing Your Order
To avoid any inconvenience during delivery, please ensure:
• Kindly review the product dimensions (Length × Width × Height) provided on the product page to ensure a perfect fit for your space.
• Please confirm that your entryways, staircases, lifts, or corridors offer ample room to accommodate the piece with ease.
• Consideration of accessibility at your premises — including narrow staircases, restricted service lifts, or lobby constraints — remains the responsibility of the client.
Delivery Timelines
• Furniture orders are carefully dispatched within 20 working days.
• Home décor orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days.
• Our team will personally notify you once your order is prepared for shipment.
Receiving Your Order
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly:
• Kindly ensure that an authorized individual is present at the delivery address to receive your order.
• Any special delivery instructions may be shared with our Customer Care team in advance.
• You will receive a coordination call from our delivery partner on the scheduled date.
• Deliveries will be made to your doorstep at ground-floor level. For high-rise residences, orders will be delivered to the society or main gate, from where further movement may be arranged at your discretion.
• Please sign and acknowledge the delivery receipt upon completion of the delivery.
