What should I keep in mind before placing an order from Rara Studio?

When will I receive my item?
Delivery Timelines
- Furniture Orders: Dispatched within 20 working days.
- Home Décor Orders: Dispatched within 7–10 working days.
You will be notified by our team once your order is ready for shipment.
Can I change or return my item?
We follow a No Cancellation / No Return policy.
However, we do consider exchanges in the following cases:
- If the item has a genuine manufacturing defect.
- If the product arrives damaged during transit.
Process:
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If damage is noticed, note this on the Goods Receipt/Challan and immediately contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order Number, Delivery Address, Reason for Exchange, and clear images/videos of the defect or damage.
- Our team will respond within 48 working hours to assist you.
